# Reviews

> Review ratings by platform, tracked reviews and reply state.

Reviews brings your brand's review ratings and the review pages Heralded has read into one read.

## Platform ratings

Each platform row carries your latest rating and review count when Heralded has read them, the number of reviews published in the last 90 days, and the two closest competitors' ratings and counts by the Heralded Score. A missing rating or count is `null`, which means Heralded has no value for it. `source` names how Heralded read your profile. `connected` means you supplied a profile URL in Settings.

## Reviews

On Plus, the review list shows the newest reviews Heralded has read. Each row includes its platform, stars, title, excerpt, publish time, whether a reply has been recorded and the linked task when one exists. Heralded does not store reviewer names.

Core includes your review ratings and counts and the two closest competitors' ratings and counts by platform. Review activity is zero; AI citation share remains available. `source` is null and `connected` is false. Its review list and review work are empty. The `features` object tells you whether Reviews, Mentions monitoring and Advocacy are available to the brand.

## Read reviews through the API

Use `GET /v1/brands/{brand_id}/reviews` for platform ratings, review work and the newest reviews. Use `/reviews/{review_id}` for one review. MCP `get_reviews` returns the same read; pass `review_id` to read one review. See [API fields](/figures#reviews) and the [API changelog](/changelog).
